Sunil Ganesh


Sunil has over the last 25 years, worked in Consulting, FMCG and Manufacturing, with a significant part of his career in people consulting, working for a boutique consulting firm and later with one of the Big 4’s, in the areas of Leadership, Talent, Culture and Change Management.

The experiences with client leaders and teams over a wide array of business assignments and the personal conviction, have defined the belief that lies at the heart of what he does. There is inherent positivity and deep reservoirs of energy waiting to be channelized and put to use. In his previous role, Sunil was performing multiple roles concurrently, he was a Partner with the Consulting SBU at PwC, India Change Leader and Diversity & Inclusion Leader.

Vivek Tiwari


Vivek has two decades of work experience. His experience is in the areas of sales, operations, management consulting, and a large part of his career has been in the field of Human Development. He has worked with Global and Indian MNCs, including a Big 4, as well been a founding team member of a technology-based talent start-up. He has worked with organizations like PwC, American Express and HCL. His academic background is in business administration and applied psychology.

His last corporate assignment was as Regional Head (APJC) for Amazon in their Global Talent Management function. He was responsible for leading a diverse multicultural team, designing and implementing global talent solutions in the area of Performance, Culture, and Talent Management and establishing an internal coaching practice for the region.
